1、 Scientific calculation of candle wick diameter

Basic formula: candle wick diameter ≈ candle cup inner diameter ÷ 10

Example: A candle cup in 8cm diameter needs to use an 8mm candle wick to ensure that the flame coverage area matches the candle cup volume.

Height correction factor:

Candle cup height ≤ 8cm, apply the basic formula directly

Candle cup height ≥ 8cm, an additional 1mm should be added to the base diameter (such as using a 9mm core for a 10cm high candle cup) to prevent the "tunneling effect" caused by differences in wax liquid gravity.

2、 Dynamic adaptation of essence concentration

Eessence concentration ≤ 8%, selecting the candle wick with standard diameter. This helps to stabilize the diffusion of basic fragrance types

Eessence concentration 8% -12%, and the diameter of candle wick: standard diameter+0.5mm. It can enhance the carrying capacity of volatile flavor

For high concentration essential oils (such as customized 15% sandalwood), we provide a dual core system solution: the main core is responsible for heat conduction, and the auxiliary core enhances aroma release. However, considering the user experience and comfort, we usually recommend that the essential oil concentration should not exceed 15%.
